things you need to know

The Aquarium of Niagara is a campus comprised of two distinct buildings — the Main Building and the brand-new Great Lakes 360.

  • General Admission includes entry to both buildings. Re-entry is permitted with presentation of a ticket, booking ID, or membership card.
  • Entry to Great Lakes 360 begins an hour after opening.
  • Last admission sold 30 minutes before closing.
  • All sales are final and no refunds will be provided. General Admission tickets can be rebooked to another date/time upon request within 7 days of the date of the original ticketed entry.

Be sure to check out our campus map and daily schedule when planning your visit.

other helpful information

Tickets are available for purchase online and on-site at both the Main Building and Great Lakes 360.

  • Tickets purchased online are for specific time slots and must be redeemed on the date for which they were purchased. The time on your ticket is the hour-long interval in which you are expected to begin your visit.
  • Online ticketing closes two hours before the posted entry time. If online ticketing is unavailable, walkup ticketing may still be available as long as both buildings are not at capacity.
