We’re excited to launch a brand new membership loyalty program!  Actions like visiting the Aquarium, purchasing items in our gift shop, or participating in programs will earn you points that can later be redeemed for everything from member-exclusive animal adoptions to encounters with some of your favorite animals!

We use the PassPlay app for our digital membership cards. If you haven’t yet registered for PassPlay, click the link HERE to register. To sign in, you will need to have your Member ID number and the last name of the Primary Member on your membership. Don’t know your Member ID number? Contact membership@aquariumofniagara.org.

How to earn points:

Points are earned by scanning QR codes around the Aquarium’s main building and Great Lakes 360. You can earn up to 8,000 total points before you stop earning points and need to start spending them! Having trouble finding the QR codes? Talk with our Guest Experience team.

There is a limit to how many times a day you can earn points by doing a specific activity. If you have questions about your ability to earn points, please talk with our Guest Experience team, or email membership@aquariumofniagara.org.
