Oceanda: Where Taste Meets Sustainability, the Aquarium’s sustainable seafood tasting event, returns this year on November 12th!

Sample some incredible, sustainable seafood prepared by local chefs, participate in a virtual auction, and enjoy unlimited beer and wine at this special one-night event.

Brand new this year — Introducing Chef Darian Bryan as the event emcee! Chef Bryan is a local private chef and restaurant owner who has been featured on the Food Network, CBS, ESPN, and more.

Chef Bryan will also facilitate the inaugural “Best Dish” competition among the eight talented chefs who will be showcasing their culinary skills using sustainable seafood.

Money raised will go directly back into the care of our animals.


  •  Participants must be 21 or older
  • While dishes are not yet finalized, be advised that most, if not all, food will be prepared in proximity to seafood and/or shellfish.
